The Project

In partnership with Cardus, the Angus Reid Institute created a study to explore the priorities of Canadian leaders across generations. Respondents were asked a series of psychographic questions to get at qualities related to leadership. This was combined with a series of questions designed to measure engagement, or the extent to which a respondent was involved in actively advocating for their positions and viewpoints.
