It was evidently a calmer summer for many Canadian travellers after the delays, lineups, cancellations, and at times, chaos, of the 2022 summer travel season.
When the Angus Reid Institute asked last year, just over half (54%) of Canadians were satisfied, leaving more than two-in-five critical of their experiences with accessing federal government services. Now, seven-in-ten (69%) say they were happy with their interactions with federal government departments, matching satisfaction levels seen for municipal (73%) and provincial (70%) services.
